Private 1-on-1 Tasting
This private, 1-on-1 1-hour tasting includes 4 wines and our undivided attention! We’ll share stories and history, and answer any questions you might have. Typically, this tasting is hosted by Sheldon, our owner & winemaker. Join us for an unforgettable experience!
A tasting fee of $35 per person will be charged at the end of your visit. We offer complimentary tastings to Collectors Club members and on purchases of 2 bottles or more per person. For the warmer months, please let us know if you have a preference for indoor or outdoor seating.

Barrel Room Wine Aging Experience
Journey through 10 years of aging of Paloma wines! From our most recent harvest in the barrel to our well-aged wine in the bottle, you will experience the development of Paloma over a decade. We’ll chat about the importance of aging, the art of blending, and the mature character of a well-aged wine vs the youthful vigor of a young wine!
A tasting fee of $75 per person will be charged at the end of your visit. We offer complimentary tastings to Collectors Club members and on purchases of 3 bottles or more per person.
