The 2016 Paloma Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% pure CS. It is fermented in French oak—33% new barrels —for 18 months before being bottled and then bottle-aged for an additional eighteen months.
The 2016 Paloma Cabernet Sauvignon displays a seductive nose of dark cherry, raspberries, anise and a touch of nutmeg. In the mouth, the wine is silky smooth and very lush, soft on the entry and rewarding the taster with an impressively long finish.
