SHIPPING POLICY

To maintain consistency, we use two shipping companies: FedEx nationwide and GSO (Golden State Overnight) for California. The best value shipping carrier will automatically be selected for you at checkout based on your shipping state.

All shipments containing alcohol must be signed for. It is illegal to ship to a P.O. box.

Taxes are applied at checkout based on your shipping address.

Unfortunately, it is not feasible for us to have licences in all states. We are currently unable to ship to the following: AL, AR, DE, IN, IA, KY, ME, MS, NE, NH, NJ, OK, RI, SC, SD, UT, VT or WV.

 

Please note that as of March 15th, 2021, Paloma shipping options will be changing. Any purchases prior to the 15th are still eligible for the shipping discounts below. More information coming soon.

 

2-day Air

For the well-being of your wine, we recommend 2-day air whenever possible; it is available year-round.

Paloma is happy to offer 50% off 2-day air on 12 bottle increments (12, 24 36, etc) and 25% off on 6 bottle increments. Any combination of vintages or varietals is eligible.

 

Ground Shipments

All wine will ship as weather permits. In order to maintain a high-quality product, we only ship by ground during the spring and fall seasons.

2021 Spring Season: March to April
2021 Fall Season: October to early December

Ground shipping is not available for HI or AK.

Paloma is happy to offer FREE ground shipping on 12 bottle increments (12, 24, 26, etc.) orders and 50% off on 6 bottle increments. Any combination of vintages or varietals is eligible.

HANDLING COSTS

We do not charge handling costs. We charge taxes applicable to the state you are shipping to, unless you buy in California, where we charge California taxes.
