SHIPPING POLICY

To maintain consistency, we use two shipping companies: FedEx nationwide and GSO (Golden State Overnight) for California. The best value shipping carrier will automatically be selected for you at checkout based on your shipping state.

All shipments containing alcohol must be signed for. It is illegal to ship to a P.O. box.

Taxes are applied at checkout based on your shipping address.

Unfortunately, it is not feasible for us to have licences in all states. We are currently unable to ship to the following: AL, AR, DE, IN, IA, KY, ME, MS, NE, NH, NJ, OK, RI, SC, SD, UT, VT or WV.

However, we are in the process of acquiring licences for the following states: IN, IA, KY, ME, NH, OK & SD. Most are very behind due to COVID, so we do not have a timeline. Please keep an eye on our website and/or sign up for our newsletter for updates!

 

2-day Air

For the well-being of your wine, we recommend 2-day air whenever possible; it is available year-round.

Paloma offers its customer 50% off 2-day air shipping for all case purchases.

 

Ground Shipments

All wine will ship as weather permits. In order to maintain a high-quality product, we only ship by ground during the spring and fall seasons.

2021 Spring Season: March to April
2021 Fall Season: October to early December

Ground shipping is not available for HI or AK.

Paloma offers its customer FREE ground shipping for all case purchases and 50% off ground shipping for 6 bottle purchases.

HANDLING COSTS

We do not charge handling costs. We charge taxes applicable to the state you are shipping to, unless you buy in California, where we charge California taxes.
