Our winemaker, Sheldon Richards, will host in you during your tasting. If you have any questions about styles, grapes, vintages or regions, he is a great resource.

Is there an ideal time to go?

At Paloma, we’re open year round for tastings! In the neighborhood and hoping to drop in? Check out our tasting room availability online to book a tasting.

The most popular times to visit Napa is August through October (our region’s harvest season). During this time, our tasting room is quite busy so be sure to book ahead if possible.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our tasting room is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know ahead of time so that we can assist you in anyway possible.

Will there be food available at our tasting?

We do not have food available for sale. However, we have lots of guests that bring picnics to sit and enjoy the views at one of our outdoor tables before or after their tasting! Please ask if this is possible before your tasting.

How many people can come to a single tasting?

We can accommodate large groups. For parties larger than eight, we please ask that you call the day before (707-963-7504) to confirm the size of your party.

Do I have to make a purchase?

Not at all. Our tastings are complimentary regardless of whether or not you are purchasing our wines. We want you to feel like you’ve discovered something you enjoy and want to share with family and friends at home.

Will it be indoors/what happens in the event of inclement weather?

Our tastings can be done indoors or out on the deck (weather permitting). Our tasting room has A/C for the hot summer days but we recommend bringing sweaters/light jackets in the spring and fall as the weather can be quite cool up on the mountain.

If I purchase on-site, how does shipping work?

Any wine that is purchased at the tasting room or online may be shipped to most states. To ensure extreme weather conditions or temperature variances do not impact the quality of your wine, your order may be held until it is safer to ship. This is typically in October/November for any summer orders and March/April for any winter orders.
